    those looks great.. and your falafel from last post.. omg, I want that now. Looks soo good.

    I like both falafels... but only get the fried out .. because I can't justify deep frying.. I make mock baked falafels and they quell the craving and are quite delicious.

    Mmm... yummy, I should stash some muffin mix away--I do it with homemade pancake mix, but it would be a great idea for muffins too!
