Also, the author puts the dishes together into little meal suggestions and then instructs you how to present the dish when complete. It's really outstanding.<BR/><BR/>As far as my not to buy recommendations: Vegan Planet--it seems to be hit and miss in my house. <BR/><BR/>And I agree whole-heartedly with your friend...a lot of people do not value the education of the future of this country/world.
