dinner tonight

Barbecued tofu, organic spud puppies, and a giant salad of bibb lettuce, cucumber, tomato, balsamic vinegar, and EV olive oil.

Yum.

It's still too hot to turn on the oven for the spud puppies, but I did it anyway . . . SO worth it!

    ditto leslie - is it a hushpuppy meets potato thingie? we had a 10* cool off today & what a relief ~ it's raining right now. i love it.
    catherine, did i tell you that we checked out the dot, ish, & both arnold lobel books? love them all, and we even made our own dot painting...signed of course! thanks for the suggestions. :o)
