red pepper soup, revised (again)

I added a "secret" ingredient to my red pepper soup and . . . it's incredible!

Amazing what a little sweet corn can do . . . !

The recipe title is officially "Roasted Red Pepper and Corn Soup" -- care to test? Email me!

  4. Yum! I love red peppers and corn, but, I think it is to hot to test a soup recipe! I honestly have not cooked anything for the past 2 weeks...unless you call making salads and using the microwave cooking, which I don't! Who knew MN could get so hot?!

I am sure the recipe is delish, and if you don't need it tested anytime soon, I would love to try it!

  5. I'm in AZ. It's always "too hot". I've learned to like hot things in the summer (to a point).

What sort of time line are you looking at? It's kinda hot here too, but I'll still eat soup!

  7. Mmmmm...sweet corn. We just had some from Gardens of Eagan (they supplement our crop share) and it was very good.

Glad to see that you went to the Inconvenient Truth. We unfortunately didn't make it this weekend since we had plans each evening. Soon though!
