the "welcome home" dinner that wasn't
This is what I made for dinner last night:
Unfortunately, Dan didn't get to eat any of it last night -- they arrived home much later than expected, due to severe weather. Phooey! Oh well -- Dan described leftovers tonight as "f*cking amazing!"
