Dinner tonight was exceptional, if I do say so myself!
Pizza:
Artisan Bread "Olive Oil Dough," topped with organic pizza sauce, local red onion, red bell pepper, artichoke, local mushrooms, kalamata olives, local, hand-rolled fresh mozzarella, local feta, and a pinch of dried oregano. Heavenly.
And Salad:
Romaine, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers, all from the farmer's market, topped with homemade blue cheese dressing made from local buttermilk, local sour cream, local blue cheese, and some freshly-ground black pepper.
My tummy is happy. :)
(Oh yeah, and there's homemade cherry pie for dessert. More to come!)
