team effort

As my schedule gets busier and busier these days, Dan is often home before me in the evenings. Dinner has been more of a team effort lately! Take this meal, for example:



I marinaded the tempeh, trimmed the beans, and scrubbed the potatoes ahead of time; before dinner, Dan diced, seasoned, and roasted the potatoes, fried up the tempeh, and steamed the beans! Woo! Hot-sauce glazed tempeh never fails to please in our house!
