For the Meme...we do it each week...Wednesday is when I do mine but you can even do it on Tuesday or Thursday...which ever is easier. You can list what is on your shopping list for the next few days and/or what you have already bought for the week. Along with that you can list a recipe or meal ideas or a picture! Anything, really. If you have a question about how to incorporate something into a dish or your diet, you can ask your readers...I have gotten a lot of suggestions by doing this. You can use the code or simply type your list and link to me for the program info...or swipe the logo and use that...it's real laid back and pretty much anything goes! Hope that helps! THAT is Exciting!! We used to get snow days when I was a youngster several times a winter. That does not happen here anymore...it just doesn't snow that much. It worries me... Like you, I'm connected with nature.
