so far, so good . . .

I accomplished my goals last night! I fit in 20 minutes of yoga after I got home, and managed to be in bed by 10:10 PM. (Close enough, right?) I won't have time for yoga tonight or tomorrow night, but I can still keep working on those earlier bedtimes. :)

Great job on accomplishing your goals! I need to get some fitness goals. I'm considering joining a club to motivate myself more, but can't justify spending the $$ when I should be doing workout videos. Decisions, decisions.

Btw: just went to Peace Coffee to try out their newest brew, the Snowshoe Brew. It was fantastic!
