up and at 'em

I got up, did an hour of yoga, made coffee, made breakfast, and now have time to blog! Wow. This is weird.

Cool, but weird.

Wow, I just started doing yoga, so I can barely imagine doing an hour! I posted the soup recipe on my blog for you :)

I use a DVD, (Gaiam's "Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss" -- I like it, but I'd like to expand my library, too,) and it has what I'd equate to a "warm up" and a "cool down," so it's really only 30 minutes of the tough stuff.

awesome! Just what I need! Weight loss that is. I was thinking of going to Blockbuster and renting some DVDs to figure out which ones I really like. I can work out with no help, but I'd like to improve my flexibility, and I need lots of help with that!

I'm in the market for a couple of new yoga DVDs, so let me know if you find any that you really like. Did you check the library? I'm thinking about searching there to see if they have any to trial-run.
