I'm realizing I forgot to post our weekend's meal plan when I posted the grocery shop last night! Whoops.
Friday night: "Matter Paneer Made Simple," basmati Rice
Saturday lunch: Dan's on his own, since I'll be at work
Saturday dinner: Cauliflower-Chickpea Tagine, whole-wheat couscous
Sunday lunch: eggs, kale and mushrooms, and hashbrowns
Sunday dinner: big salads, probably of the Greek-inspired variety
I also have some baking to do this weekend -- granola of course, probably muffins or scones, and my Daring Baker's project! I'm excited for the cooking frenzy to begin!
