Yoga Month, Day 2

I managed to make myself do 20 minutes of "Stress Relief Yoga for Beginners" again tonight. Considering I was CONVINCED it was Saturday when I woke up this morning, I think I needed all the stress relief I could get!

Hopefully I'll be able to amp things up this weekend!


Only one more day until a three-day weekend! Woo! Dan and I will probably do a couple of day trips, (hiking and/or biking,) and I also checked out a free pass to the Walker at the library tonight. Plus, there will be plenty of time to hit up the farmer's market, cook, bake, and relax! What are you looking forward to?
