regretting I don't have a camera . . .

Dinner tonight:

~ soba noodles topped with hoisin-glazed stir-fry of mixed veggies (carrot, mushroom, red pepper, broccoli, bok choy, zucchini, and green onion)
~ coconut-crusted tofu (from my recent Eating Well magazine)

This is a pretty meal -- pretty to look at, and pretty tasty, to boot.
Sorry I can't share the visual!

Hoison glazed stirfry.... I haven't used hoison before, but I've thouhgt about it. Did you just add it straight to the stir fry veggies?

Did you write a first cookbook? Is the name of it Food Snob?

Dori, I'm currently working on a cookbook now called "Party of One: Heathy Food for Single People."

I was just being silly :) although, I think "The Flying Food Snob" has major marketing potential. :)

Yeah, and I stir-fried the veggies plain, then added about a third of a jar of hoisin sauce at the end, stirred it around to warm it up, and then served it. Tasty and convenient.
