Yoga Challenge (day 24)

20 minutes of "Stress Relief Yoga for Beginners" for me. I realize that yoga is mostly a relaxation and stress-relief practice for me . . . I think I need to invest in another practice that meets this need. :)

I continue to notice improvements in my flexibility -- I can ALMOST touch my toes now!

Wow. Exactly seven days left of the challenge!
